How it works:

1.) Sellers rent a state-of-the-art shopping cart database "store" that is easy to use and manage.

2.) Seller logs into their store with his own unique username/password and then has the ability to list up to 250 items for sale.

3.) Items listed for sale go into the sellers store inventory visible to all users that access their store, and also automatically are listed in the main sales gallery which shows all items currently listed by all of the store owners.

4.) Visitors to the Gallery can look through all of the items being offered by all of the sellers at one time - or - they can shop by visiting specific sellers stores. Also, we have added a great search function so that buyers can search by keyword or by artifact price ranges.

5.) When a visitor clicks to buy an artifact, the shopping cart feature kicks-in, and the buyer can continue to shop from any of the sellers stores adding additional items to his shopping cart. When the buyer is ready to check-out, he simply completes the short shopping cart form with his contact information which then goes directly via email to the sellers/storeowners he has just purchased from. 

6.) The store owner immediately receives the order via email and then contacts the buyer directly to make payment arrangements.

7.) Store owners have the ability at anytime to mark items sold or on-hold, or to edit or remove and replace any or all of their currenlty listed inventory.

How To Become A Store Owner:

Becoming a store owner is simple! Any person who has a membership in the AACA (Authentic Artifact Collectors Association) is welcome to have a store!  If you are not an AACA member, you can join by submitting a request to join by visiting the AACA website at www.theaaca.com and then click on the link at the top of the page.

Price Structure:

Owning a store on Arrowheads.com is less expensive than you may think!  Our cost does not fluctuate - and listing 250 items in your own Gallery Store is over 70% cheaper than listing 250 items on eBay - and - your listings can stay stay up until they sell, not just for 7 or 10 days!  Advertising an item for sale for 30 days for only 20 cents or less is the most cost effective way to sell your artifacts online. 

Store can be rented in either 30 day, or 90 day billing cycles. If you are a banner advertiser on the main page of Arrowheads.com, you automatically get a $10 per month discount off of your store rental every month!

Rules for having a Store in the Artifact Sales Gallery:
(Also known as "Terms of Service")

1.) All store owners must be a member of the AACA.
We do not have the ability to moderate disputes between buyers and sellers, and thus, we rely on the mediation process available by the AACA. The AACA has minimum guidelines to adhere to, and is free to join. For information on joining the AACA please visit www.theaaca.com 

2.) Arrowheads.com reserves the right to remove any listed item or any store at any time for any reason. We need to make sure this sales gallery remains clean. So long as a seller is careful on what he is offering for sale, there should be no need for any such removals.

3.) Only items relative to the collecting of Authentic Artifacts will be allowed, including artifacts, books, display cases, and other such items related to the hobby of collecting.  Artifacts from areas other than North America will be allowed, so long as there are no concerns as to authenticity. We will not allow the sale of any modernly rechipped or reproduction items. Artifacts that have been restored will be allowed, so long as they are marked accordingly.   

4.) Html code can be inserting into your item descriptions, but only with regard to text type, text style and text size. Line breaks and paragraph breaks are allowed. No additional buttons, links or images are allowed to be inserted into the item description area.
