This RARE DOUBLE HEADED BIRDSTONE is made of Petoskey Stone and was found in Addison, Michigan. It measures 3 7/8" in length by 1 5/16" wide and has six COA's. It has Tom Davis, Bill Jackson, Gregory Perino, Jan Sorgenfrei, John Baldwin, and Ed Rowe COA's. The finder is D. Horn who found this jewel on 5/9/35 and was sold at auction by his daughter from his estate on 6/7/97. As Jan Sorgenfrei says "This is only the first double head Birdstone I have ever seen which is authentic". The Petoskey Stone is also rare in a Birdstone as one collector said, "The only other Petoskey Birdstone he had ever seen was in a museum". This artifact will be second to none in any collection in regard to rarity!
