This beautiful KNOBBED CRESCENT BANNERSTONE is made of Red Banded Huronian Slate and was found in Huron County, Ohio. It measures 5 1/16" in length by 2 3/4" wide and comes with Bill Jackson and Tony Putty COA's. This rare artifact is X-Stanley Copeland with a copy of his research book where he states it was found on the Mulferd Farm near New Beaver, Huron Co. Ohio in 1892, his No 255. It is also X-Jonas J Yoder X-Sam Speck. This is a top self artifact with the quality, history, and documentation.

This Bannerstone is pictured in Knoblock's Bannerstone Book, page 472, #3 and pictured in Prehistoric American, Vol 29, #4, 1995, page 23. How is that for history on an artifact?
