Texas Pedernales Points
Date 2000 to 6000 BP (Before Present)
These represent some excellent examples of the point type Pedernales. Pedernales are found throughout Texas, and are one of the most common types in Texas. This collection is representative of the earliest forms, as well as the later forms of Pedernales. They were all found in areas ranging from North Central to South Central Texas, and Eastward to the Louisiana border. I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I do.
