of authentic High Plains Native American
Indian artifacts from the Collins Family
collection found before 1970 on private
land mainly from Western North Dakota
and North Central South Dakota. There
are hundreds of flint, bone, stone,
iron, brass and copper artifacts. The
collection includes; bird points, spear
points, knives, scrapers, bone tools,
glass & shell beads, rings, bracelets,
pipes, axes, hammers, celts and grinding
stones from all time periods, Paleo to
Fur Trade. They are great examples of
their type showing fine workmanship with
the majority of the artifacts being made
from Knife River Flint, Agatized Wood,
