Another dismal, overcast, chilly, windy day here in northcentraleastern Tenn. Spent some time going through my old coin collection that I started when I was riding submarines off the east coast back in the 60's (1960's that is). Wound up with almost $300 in old US silver dimes, nickles, qtrs and silver dollars. Might just wind up selling it off cause I don't collect them anymore. Will probably keep the proof coins I have to pass on to the kids. Still sorting through my indian rocks to see what I can identify. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better weather so I can get out on the hunt again.

I started at the bottem, just beyond the pile of limbs in the lower right of the pic and worked my way up to just about the clump of trees still standing in the upper right.

So I continued to search up the washout to the right but didn't find anything else the whole hour that I hunted. But I now know that if I keep coming back, eventually I will find something.
It gets kinda steep and is a bit hard on the ankles but this is where I have found a large part of my good points. I was just about to call it quits when I caught a glimpse of grey.
I guess the cows got there first - again. But mayhaps I'll find the rest of it another time.
As always, it was a fun and relaxing day and I got some good exercise. So did my 4 wheeler.
