Travis you are most likely in a residential erea. The Tradeing centers are mostly near rivers. Hope that helps and would love to see some pics.

I am new to the world of artifacts but I am hooked. I centeral Indiana its that time of year. This past week-end I found a real nice spot on a plowed field with plenty of rain. Near where I have found several points and tools, I have also found broken peices of pottery and several glass buttons. Just curious could this have been a trading point?
