Was a Goodwill find, believe it or not!! Have had Mark Bahti and the Antiques Roadshow people verify authenticity...my favorite bit on the board is probably a smiling cute bear/dog head bead. Very odd.
Just a desert lover with a thing for rocks...I buy them whenever I find them at sales and shops or auctions; I have some that my mother picked up back in the 40s and others that my brother and I, or my girlfriend and I, have picked up this last few months. If any of the pictured and 'identified' stones appeal to you, I could be coaxed into parting with them so long as they aren't from family...:-) Mostly here to learn though-I'm very curious as to what some of these may be....
